You keep a defined, fair share of time at the place you built memories in, without carrying the full weight of it alone for the rest of the year.<\/p>\n You get the freedom of stepping back from full responsibility, without the emotional loss of giving the place up entirely.<\/p>\n Who This Is Actually For<\/strong><\/p>\n This is not the right answer for every owner. Heavy use, with cost still proportionate to benefit, is reason enough to leave things exactly as they are.<\/p>\n A property that has quietly become more obligation than retreat, the shape just described, is reason enough for an honest conversation about what a different structure could look like.
