Backing the Places People Want to Belong To.

Meridian36 is building a collection of carefully selected, professionally managed residential communities in Southern Spain.

Sierra is our first Development: a private, resort-style community designed around quality, space, genuine ownership and a considered long-term vision.

We are building more than a single property. We are establishing a platform for creating and operating places that combine real estate, hospitality-minded management and genuine ownership.

A New Approach to Residential Real Estate

A New Approach to Residential Real Estate

Meridian36 is creating a curated collection of residential communities for people who want a more thoughtful relationship with property and place.

Each Development is selected for its location, character, lifestyle potential and ability to become something more than a conventional holiday property.

Our focus is not on acquiring as many properties as possible. It is on identifying exceptional opportunities, structuring them properly and developing them to a consistent standard.

Include:

  • Selective property acquisition
  • professionally managed residential communities
  • Southern Spain as the initial market
  • real estate combined with lifestyle and ownership
  • and a long-term platform rather than a single-property project.
OUR FIRST DEVELOPMENT

Sierra Gives the Vision a Real Place to Begin.

Casitas de la Sierra is Meridian36’s first Development in Southern Spain.

Located in the Serranía de Ronda, approximately 15 minutes from historic Ronda, Sierra is being transformed into a private, resort-style residential community for a limited number of Co-Owners.

The concept includes nine residences, shared outdoor spaces, landscaped grounds, a pool and planned wellness amenities. The community is intended to feel private, spacious and considered rather than crowded or transactional.

Sierra is more than a first property. It is the first expression of the Meridian36 approach and the foundation for a wider collection of carefully selected communities.

Include: Nine residences, thirty-six ownership positions, shared outdoor spaces, landscaped grounds, a pool, planned wellness amenities, professional property management, and a private, owner-focused environment.

Focused on Quality, Location and Long-Term Suitability
Capital Can Support More Than One Opportunity.
THE OPPORTUNITY

Capital Can Support More Than One Opportunity.

Meridian36 is interested in building relationships with capital partners who understand the value of carefully structured real estate development and professionally managed residential communities.

The immediate focus is Sierra. Over time, the broader opportunity may include additional Developments in selected locations across Southern Spain and other markets that fit the Meridian36 approach.

A capital relationship may take different forms depending on the Development, the stage of the project, the capital requirement, the investment timeframe and the objectives of the parties involved.

The first conversation is intended to establish whether there is a genuine fit rather than place every investor into a single structure.

THE ROLE OF CAPITAL

Helping Exceptional Properties Become Complete Communities.

Capital may support the stages required to bring a Development from opportunity to finished community.

Depending on the project, this may include property acquisition, legal and professional structuring, renovation and refurbishment, landscaping, shared amenities, wellness facilities, operating preparation, property management systems, owner services and long-term property stewardship.

The objective is not simply to acquire an asset and place it into a program. The objective is to create a complete ownership experience in which the property, management, amenities and surrounding lifestyle work together.

Important note: Specific capital requirements, budgets, timelines and structures should be discussed through the relevant investor materials and private conversations with the Meridian36 team.

The Meridian36 Approach

01

Selective Acquisition

We focus on a limited number of properties with strong locations, distinctive character and long-term lifestyle potential.

02

Clear Structure

Each opportunity should be properly documented, professionally reviewed and structured so that all parties understand what they are entering.

03

Quality of Place

The long-term value of the platform depends on creating properties that people genuinely want to own, use and return to.

04

Professional Management

Property operations, maintenance, shared amenities and the owner experience require consistent attention after acquisition.

05

Long-Term Stewardship

The aim is to build durable communities and relationships rather than pursue short-term activity for its own sake.

06

Transparent Communication

Capital partners should receive clear information about the opportunity, risks, timing, documentation and next steps.

A Place in Southern Spain. There When You Want It.
HOW THE MODEL WORKS

A Place in Southern Spain. There When You Want It.

What makes Meridian36 work is that the people in each property are genuine Co-Owners, not strangers passing through.

The structure is designed to provide meaningful annual access for each ownership position, with time at the property coordinated through a private, owner-only platform.

Stays are arranged through a private scheduling system accessible only to the owners of that property.

Because ownership is in the whole building rather than a specific unit, available residences can be selected based on schedule and preference.

The scheduling framework is designed to be fair, transparent and easy to use, so that attention stays on the pleasure of being there rather than on administration.

THE OWNER EXPERIENCE

Designed Around Continuity, Not Public Short-Term Rental.

Meridian36 properties are intended for residential use by owners, their immediate family members and invited personal guests.

The properties are not intended to operate as public short-term rental buildings.

This helps preserve a consistent, private and community-oriented environment.

Operating Costs Planned and Shared Among Owners

Each property has annual operating costs. These may include property taxes, maintenance and cleaning, insurance, security or monitoring, utilities for common areas, administrative coordination, shared amenities and property management.

These costs are divided among the owners. An annual budget is prepared and communicated in advance so that owners can understand the expected costs of operating and maintaining the property.

Sharing operating costs among owners is intended to create a more efficient ownership model than carrying the full cost of a comparable property alone.

Designed Around Continuity, Not Public Short-Term Rental.
Clearer Ownership, Even When the Property Is in Another Country.
CROSS-BORDER SUPPORT

Clearer Ownership, Even When the Property Is in Another Country.

Owning property in another country can feel complicated, particularly when the process involves unfamiliar systems, documentation and professional advisers.

Meridian36 assists owners with practical coordination that may include obtaining a Spanish NIE number, opening a Spanish bank account, coordinating notary procedures, coordinating registration procedures, connecting owners with appropriate professional advisers and helping explain the practical steps involved.

The goal is to make the process clear and manageable. Owners are not left to navigate every step alone.

Important note: Legal, tax and financial advice should always be provided by appropriately qualified independent professionals.

Why Build a Relationship with Meridian36?

A Platform with a Longer-Term Vision.

Sierra is the first Development, but Meridian36 is being created with a broader vision.

The intention is to identify and develop additional residential communities that share the same essential qualities: strong and compelling locations, distinctive properties, limited ownership, professional management, high-quality shared environments, long-term lifestyle appeal and clear, responsible structuring.

Capital partners may have the opportunity to develop a relationship with Meridian36 that extends beyond a single property or transaction.

The nature of each relationship will depend on the specific Development, structure and documentation.
